We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to support daily school bus operations at our Chattanooga location. In this role, you will oversee drivers and monitors, coordinate routes and dispatch activities, support maintenance needs, and ensure efficient, reliable service for our students.

CDL Training: CDL required or willingness to obtain-training and certification provided
Supervise and support drivers and monitors, ensuring high-quality performance and service
Coordinate daily routes, field trips, dispatch functions, and route coverage
Monitor and track KPIs related to safety, on-time performance, and driver performance
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or service disruptions
Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll review, budgeting, and PAR levels
Collaborate with maintenance to ensure vehicles are fueled, serviced, and ready to operate
Support the Location Manager with training, performance management, and operational meetings
Drive a school bus when needed
Ensure compliance with state, local, and DOT regulations
3-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to make decisions quickly
Excellent office, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with KPI tracking and performance monitoring
Proficiency with computers and office software
Must meet DOT drug testing and medical requirements
