Assists the location's management in all aspects of the daily tracking system for vendors.$17.00/hr
  • Job DescriptionMajor Responsibilities
    • Manage route start and stop time.
    • Ensure appropriate vehicle(s) used for appropriate route.
    • Track and update mileage in system.
    • Verify customer route.
    • Reconcile daily fares.


    Minimum Education or Certifications Required
    • High School diploma or equivalent.


    Minimum Experience or Skills Required
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrates is a self-starter.
    • Time management skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
    • Computer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel preferred.


    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
    • Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.
    • Office and school bus yard environment.
