  • Keep vehicles and the yard clean - including light building and grounds maintenance.
  • Reposition vehicles in the lot as needed to support dispatch and morning operations.
  • Respond appropriately to fuel spills or safety issues, following established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with shop and operations leadership on any issues found.

Who You Are

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
  • Able to bend, kneel, or stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary.
  • Interested in growing within the automotive, transportation, or maintenance field.

Why Join Us

  • Gain hands-on experience in a professional maintenance shop environment.
  • Build relationships with mechanics and shop leadership.
  • Clear career pathways to become a Mechanic or Paratransit Driver.
  • Stable employment with a company that values reliability and growth.
