Full-Time Office Clerk - Providence, RI
Location: Providence, RI
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Office Clerk Responsibilities
As an Office Clerk, your major responsibilities will include:
- Ensure contractual and legal mandates are met
- Maintain files, records, and administrative documentation
- Prepare reports, schedules, and operational paperwork
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Prepare agendas and schedule appointments
- Submit payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Support location management with daily administrative tasks
- Assist with data entry and recordkeeping
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred 2+ years of administrative or office experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and self-motivation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
