Human Resources Coordinators (HRCs) are an essential part of our team, helping create a smooth, well-organized environment that supports employees, managers, and drivers at the location level.
$19.00 per hour
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure contractual, legal, and internal requirements are met while helping day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Ensure contractual and legal mandates are met
Maintain employee files and records
Prepare reports and schedules
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Prepare agendas and schedule appointments
Submit payroll accurately and on time
High school diploma
2 years of administrative experience recommended
Experience with Microsoft Office, 10-key, and basic computer skills preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work independently
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
