Human Resources Coordinators (HRCs) are an essential part of our team, helping create a smooth, well-organized environment that supports employees, managers, and drivers at the location level.

Pay Rate

$19.00 per hour

Position Overview

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure contractual, legal, and internal requirements are met while helping day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure contractual and legal mandates are met

  • Maintain employee files and records

  • Prepare reports and schedules

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls

  • Prepare agendas and schedule appointments

  • Submit payroll accurately and on time

Requirements

  • High school diploma

  • 2 years of administrative experience recommended

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, 10-key, and basic computer skills preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work independently

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
