Now Hiring: Field Safety Supervisor

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour | Full-Time | Approximately 40 Hours per Week

As a Field Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring driver performance, supporting safety compliance, investigating incidents, and assisting management with operational oversight. This position supports our SEPTA contract and works closely with drivers and dispatch to maintain safe and dependable transportation services.

Field Safety Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Monitor driver pre-trip and post-trip inspections and address equipment concerns as needed

  • Conduct driver road checks and observe drivers for readiness and safety compliance

  • Perform IPP safety contacts and correct safety violations on the scene

  • Investigate accidents and incidents and complete required documentation

  • Assist management with driver interviews and evaluations

  • Monitor on-time route performance and operational efficiency

  • Dispatch buses and drive routes when operational needs require

  • Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience with collision or injury claims is a plus

  • Prior school bus driver experience preferred

  • Must meet DOT physical and drug testing requirements
