Now Hiring DMO Coordinator / Office Clerk in Yonkers, NY!
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $25.00 per hour
At First Student, our Office Clerks are an essential part of our team. They help keep our locations running smoothly by supporting drivers, managers, and daily transportation operations. As a DMO Coordinator / Office Clerk, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance requirements, and providing administrative support to the Yonkers operation.

DMO Coordinator / Office Clerk Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee, contract, and operational records
- Ensure required documentation is complete and accurate
- Enter and update information in company systems
- Prepare reports, schedules, correspondence, and other documents
- Support payroll and personnel record administration
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management
- Assist with email, mail, filing, scanning, and general office duties
- Provide administrative support to operations, safety, maintenance, and location leadership
- Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and special projects as needed
DMO Coordinator / Office Clerk Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative, office, data entry, payroll, or transportation experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidential employee and operational information
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
