Full job description:

Solicits outside body & paint work to coincide with the numerous internally generated paint jobs that currently exist.Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:00pmSalary: Up to $80,000/yr, based on experienceMajor Responsibilities
  • Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Body Shop department.
  • Solicits outside body & paint work.
  • Passes technical and internal information to technicians and ensures clear storage of information.
  • Ensures staff is trained to support all customer needs.
  • Enforces company policy regarding work in progress.
  • Keeps up to date with technical information and informs relevant stakeholders of any personnel requirements.


Minimum Education or Certifications Required
  • High School degree or Equivalent
  • ASE Certification preferred


Minimum Experience or Skills Required
  • 5+ years experience in related field
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Other previous experience preferred include areas such as auto body, ICAR, ICAR platinum, welding, and paint/refinishing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Financial P&L knowledge
  • Dedicated team player
