As a Part Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of students. You will start students\' days with morning pickup before school and transport them safely back home in the afternoon. Additional hours for field trips and special event transportation may be available.

Field Safety Supervisor Responsibilities

Monitor driver pre-trip and post-trip inspections and address equipment concerns as needed
Conduct driver road checks and observe drivers for readiness and safety compliance
Perform IPP safety contacts and correct safety violations on the scene
Investigate accidents and incidents and complete required documentation
Assist management with driver interviews and evaluations
Monitor on-time route performance and operational efficiency
Dispatch buses and drive routes when operational needs require
Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with collision or injury claims is a plus
Prior school bus driver experience preferred
Must meet DOT physical and drug testing requirements
