We are currently hiring a Dispatcher to support our location serving South Windsor Public Schools.
Location & Schedule
Location: South Windsor, CT
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Wage Range: $27.00 - $29.00/hour based on experience

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and oversee daily bus routes and driver coverage
- Communicate with drivers via radio and phone throughout the day
- Respond quickly to route changes, call-outs, and service issues
- Support and coach drivers and monitors in day-to-day operations
- Serve as a key point of contact for school district transportation needs
- Help resolve parent and customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with charter scheduling, payroll support, and operational reporting as needed
- Work closely with operations leadership to keep service running smoothly and safely
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, operations, or driver experience preferred
- Strong customer service mindset
- Comfortable handling high phone and radio volume
- Computer proficiency required
- High school diploma or equivalent
